Decigen Consulting & Engineering
From an AI ambition to a system you can defend.
We work with teams who have to answer for what their AI does: to customers, auditors, a board, or the operations people who inherit it. Each engagement is fixed in scope, ends in a deliverable someone can review, and leaves your team able to run the system without us.

Engagements
Three ways to start, each with a defined end.
Scope, acceptance criteria and commercial terms are agreed in writing before work begins.
Before you commit a team
Architecture & Opportunity Sprint
We take one candidate use case from ambition to a decision. You leave with a measured baseline, a classification of every action the system would take, an autonomy recommendation, a system blueprint, and a roadmap. Sometimes the recommendation is a deterministic workflow, and we say so.
- Problem statement and baseline metrics
- Action risk classification
- System blueprint and roadmap
When the design is settled
Agent System Proof of Value
We build the system against representative tasks from your operation, with acceptance criteria agreed before the first commit. The result is a working system, a trace record of every run, and an evaluation report you can take to the people who have to approve it.
- Working system on your tasks
- Evaluation suite and trace records
- Go, no-go or redesign recommendation
Before you remove the human from the loop
Production Readiness Review
We review an existing agent or workflow against authority, containment, durability, evaluation and operational obligations. You get a ranked list of evidence gaps, the controls that close them, and a promotion plan for the autonomy level you are aiming for.
- Evidence gap register
- Control recommendations
- Autonomy promotion plan
How we work
Rules we hold ourselves to.
- Baseline first.
We will not estimate the value of a system until we have measured the process it replaces.
- Least autonomy that works.
We recommend the simplest architecture that meets the bar, and we document what evidence would justify more.
- Your stack, your ownership.
We build on the platforms you already run and hand over code, tests, traces and the blueprint. No proprietary runtime.
- Nothing irreversible without a gate.
Payments, deletions, external messages and record changes get an explicit approval path or a demonstrated case for not needing one.
